The rental market in Saint John has everything from simple bachelor suites to luxury furnished apartments – and everything in between.  The average price for a standard unfurnished two-bedroom apartment is about $650/month.  The price varies depending on the inclusion of services such as parking, electricity and heat.

You may also be interested in renting a house.  The cost for renting a house is generally higher than what you might pay for an apartment.
