I’m a chef who enjoys constant creative input and builds my business and my reputation with knowledge and relationships that are born and fed through online connections.
I live 20 minutes outside of the Uptown core on an organic farm alongside a beautiful river valley where I grow and raise with my family what we prepare and serve in our restaurants using the most advanced, sustainable, eco-friendly practices possible. We are able to do this because the world of infinite knowledge is available to us online and we have been cultured to access it and embrace it because we live in the Think City.
I live and thrive because I am in the Think City and I’ll tell anyone who wants to know how I was able to plug in and be a part of it.
